🏔️ About ME

I didn’t come to this work because I had it all figured out.

I came to it because something in my life broke open — and what I found underneath wasn’t clarity, but patterns I couldn’t unsee.

 

For a long time, I tried to think my way through it.
Push through it.
Fix it.

 

But what actually changed things was something much simpler: 

Learning how to stay.

 

To stay with what I was feeling.
To understand the parts of me that were protecting, reacting, holding everything together.
To meet myself differently — instead of trying to become someone else.

 

That’s the space I hold now.

Not as someone who has the answers —
but as someone who can sit with you in what’s real,
and guide you gently as you begin to understand your own inner world.

 

This work isn’t about getting it right.

It’s about having a place where you don’t have to do it alone.
